Doug Kerwin
Chief Executive Officer
Doug co-founded Metaverse, mastered Google pay-per-click advertising, and boot strapped FulcrumGallery.com from a demo
site with no revenue, into a profitable 60 person company. Prior to Metaverse, Doug was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch
in the e-commerce division of the corporate and institutional client group, and has held senior positions at Reuters and
Deloitte & Touche. Doug is active in the local entrepreneurial community and is a founding member of the New Jersey E-Commerce
Executives Association.

Tom Novellino
Chief Operating Officer
Executive level financial and operational manager with over 10 years of experience leading fast-paced growing companies,
including Bluestone Software and ID Partners. Extensive knowledge of forecasting, budget and cash management as well as
financial statement preparation and analysis at DuPont, Conectiv and Hewlett Packard.

Rich Sbarro
Chief Technology Officer
Rich co-founded Metaverse and is the technical architect behind our e-commerce front end and back-end ERP systems, managing
our software development team. Rich has held senior software positions at Merrill Lynch, Schering-Plough, SalomonSmithBarney,
and Citicorp.

George DiLorenzo
Vice President of Merchandising
George co-founded Metaverse and is in charge of product merchandising and design. George has held senior positions in the field
of graphic art, licensed products and product design including brands: Hello Kitty, Starter and Spalding. Has an intimate knowledge
of moving product to big box retailers such as Wal-Mart and Target.

Bob Monsour
Board Member
Bob Monsour is an investor in Metaverse and became an active board member in 2007. Recently, Bob was the Associate Director for
External Affairs in Princeton University's Center for Innovation in Engineering Education. Prior to joining Princeton, Bob was a private
investor in early-stage technology companies, and was a founding member of the Jumpstart New Jersey Angel Network. Bob also
served as an executive officer in two publicly held technology companies, including Stac, Inc., the maker of the Stacker disk
compression software popular in the early 90's, which Bob co-founded.

Bob Bickel
Board Member
Bob Bickel is an investor in Metaverse and became an active board member in 2007. He is an advisor or board member to many
technology companies including Arjuna, Apax Partners, Bristol Technology, Funambol, Hyperic, Jaspersoft, and JBoss. He was the
EVP of Strategy and Corporate Development at JBoss from September 2003 through February 2006, helping to found the
Professional Open Source business model, build the management team, and create meaningful partnerships with leading IT
companies. Prior to JBoss, Bob was the GM of the HP Middleware Division and EVP of Products for Bluestone Software
(acquired by HP in January 2001). Bob was one of the original creators who brought Bluestone's application server technology to
the marketplace.
